WATER WISE-UP: Rates, Fees & Financing

Nothing gets the blood pumping like it does when we discuss setting annual water rates and fees. Yet, we’ve never had more than about a dozen residents come to our fall budget meetings. We’re out to change that this year. The questions we get most from you, the citizens of Castle Pines, have to do with understanding the water bill, rates versus fees, the use of property taxes and paying for maintenance and new infrastructure.
